• You will remove the listing once the property is sold/rented

Prohibited Content

• Fake, fraudulent or misleading property listings
• Properties that do not exist or are not available
• Spam listings or duplicate listings
• Illegal properties or properties obtained illegally
• Offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate content
• Listings that violate local real estate laws
• Sharing other users' personal contact information without consent

Disclaimer

The Earth Property is a listing platform only. We are NOT a real estate agent or broker.

• We do not verify the accuracy of individual listings
• We are not responsible for transactions between buyers and sellers
• We do not guarantee the quality or availability of any listed property
• Users must conduct their own due diligence before any transaction

User Conduct

When using our platform, you agree to:

• Treat other users with respect
• Not harass, spam or threaten other users
• Not use the chat system for purposes other than property inquiries
• Not attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Report suspicious listings or users

Intellectual Property

• The Earth Property name, logo and design are our intellectual property
• Users retain ownership of photos and content they upload
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it on our platform
• You may not copy or reproduce our platform design without permission

Free Platform

The Earth Property is currently completely free to use:

• No charges for posting listings
• No commission on property transactions
• No subscription fees

We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future. Free features will remain free for existing users.

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any listing that violates these terms
• Suspend or ban users who violate these terms
• Modify or discontinue the platform at any time

Users may delete their account at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

For international users, local laws may also apply regarding property transactions in your country.
